League IQ – Refund Policy

1. Access to Your Purchase

All purchased resources are made available in your personal library on the platform. You may access and download your resources directly from your account at any time after purchase.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your resource, please contact support immediately so we can assist you.

2. General Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 5 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The resource has not been opened, accessed, or downloaded

Once a resource has been opened or accessed, it is considered delivered, and refunds will generally no longer be applicable.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases where the resource has already been accessed
  • Personal preference or dissatisfaction not linked to a valid issue

3. Content Quality & Misrepresentation

All resources on League IQ are reviewed by a team of educators and subject specialists before being published. While issues are rare, refunds may be considered if a resource is found to be significantly different from what was advertised.

If a concern is raised:

  • We will first assess the issue
  • For minor issues, the contributor may be asked to correct or update the resource
  • For serious issues (such as major inaccuracies, misleading content, or incomplete material), the resource may be flagged and removed

Refunds in such cases are issued at the discretion of League IQ after review.

Users also have the option to:

  • Leave a review on the resource page
  • Report the contributor directly through the platform

4. Access & Technical Issues

If you are unable to access, open, or use your purchased resource:

  • Please contact support immediately
  • We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue

If the issue cannot be resolved and is determined to be on our end, you will be eligible for a refund.

5. Incorrect or Faulty Content

If you receive the incorrect resource or a file that is corrupted or unusable:

  • We will attempt to correct or replace the file
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the original transaction

6. Non-Refundable Situations

The following do not qualify for refunds:

  • Internet connectivity issues on the user’s side
  • Device incompatibility or lack of required software
  • User error in downloading or accessing the file
  • Limitations related to external or licensed platforms (where applicable)
  • Dissatisfaction where the resource matches the description provided

These situations do not render a product defective or unsuitable.

7. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted through your account by navigating to your purchased resource in your library and selecting the relevant support or refund option.

Each request will be reviewed before approval.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Back to the original payment method, or
  • As platform credit, where applicable

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

Buyers are encouraged to:

  • Review resource descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Contact the contributor with any questions prior to purchase

While contributors are guided to provide clear and detailed descriptions, there may be limits to how much content can be previewed due to the nature of digital resources.
