League IQ – Terms & Conditions

For Contributors

1. Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All resources uploaded to League IQ remain the intellectual property of the contributor. By uploading content, you confirm that all work is original, owned by you, and does not breach any third-party copyright.
  • By submitting a resource, you grant League IQ a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, market, and distribute your content on the platform.
  • League IQ may apply branding, including watermarks or platform identifiers, for security, marketing, and distribution purposes.
  • We do not take responsibility for any copyright breaches committed by contributors.
  • If a copyright breach is reported, the resource will be removed immediately and investigated. Confirmed or repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension and restriction from future use of the platform.
  • You may not upload copyrighted exam papers or materials owned by external institutions. However, original mock exams created by you are permitted.
  • We reserve the right to remove any resource at any time, and to modify resource metadata (such as titles, descriptions, tags, and features) to improve visibility, SEO, and marketing performance.
  • You are not permitted to include any personal contact details (including emails, phone numbers, or external links) in your resources or profile. Any such content may be flagged or removed.

2. Resource Standards & Responsibility

  • Contributors are expected to upload resources that are clear, complete, and of a standard suitable for sale.
  • The success of your resource depends on factors such as market demand, student interest, pricing, and how effectively you present and position your content. While League IQ provides the platform, visibility tools, and SEO optimisation, we do not guarantee sales or earnings.
  • You are responsible for how your resource is presented, described, and positioned on the platform.
  • League IQ is not responsible for low sales resulting from poor demand, pricing, or presentation.
  • If a resource is found to be broken, outdated, or not functioning correctly, you will be notified and given 48 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue is not fixed within this timeframe, the resource may be removed and any related earnings may be forfeited.
  • You remain responsible for ensuring your resources are accurate, usable, and up to date at all times.

3. Resource Review & Approval

  • Resources are not automatically published upon upload.
  • All submissions go through a review process conducted by our team of educators and subject specialists. You will be notified once your resource has been reviewed.
  • If your resource is rejected, you will receive feedback which you may use to improve and resubmit your work.
  • If your resource is approved, we may still provide suggestions to help improve performance, visibility, or reach a wider audience.
  • Any updates or changes made to a resource after its initial approval will also be subject to review. Updated versions will remain pending until they have been reviewed and approved, to ensure continued quality and to protect users on the platform.
  • Approval does not guarantee sales, but confirms that your resource meets platform standards.

4. Platform Rights, Conduct & Distribution

League IQ reserves the right to remove or disable any resource, suspend accounts, or take necessary action where platform rules are breached.

  • We may edit or optimise your resource metadata for marketing and platform performance.
  • We will not repurpose, resell, or distribute your content outside of the platform.

Contributors are strictly prohibited from:

  • Selling, distributing, or offering their resources outside of the League IQ platform while those resources are listed on the platform.
  • Promoting, advertising, or referring any external services, products, offers, or opportunities of any kind.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Tutoring services or private lessons
  • Free or paid academic support
  • External platforms, businesses, or personal services
  • Any form of advice, guidance, or communication intended to move users off the platform

Contributors may not attempt to redirect, engage, or build relationships with users outside of League IQ for any purpose.

Where contributors choose to list resources on other platforms, the following applies:

  • The same resource may not be offered at a lower price on any other platform than the price listed on League IQ.
  • The same resource may not be offered for free elsewhere while it is listed for sale on League IQ.
  • The resource may not be bundled, discounted, or otherwise provided in a way that results in a lower effective price than on League IQ.

Any attempt to bypass the platform, undercut pricing, redirect users, or conduct transactions outside of League IQ may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning from the platform.

Your content remains yours, and you retain full control over whether it is listed or removed from the platform.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Resources on League IQ are sold globally and may be displayed and purchased in different currencies depending on the user’s location.
  • Contributors set their own prices, subject to a minimum price of $5 USD (or local currency equivalent) per resource. League IQ reserves the right to update this minimum where necessary.
  • A commission of 50% is applied to each sale.
  • Contributors have access to a wallet and dashboard to track earnings, sales, and balances.
  • Withdrawals can be requested at any time and are processed within 24–48 business days.

6. Enforcement

  • Any breach of these terms may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent restriction from the platform.
  • League IQ reserves full discretion in enforcing these terms to protect the integrity, safety, and quality of the platform.

For Buyers

  • All resources available on League IQ are reviewed before publication.
  • Resources are assessed by a team of educators and subject specialists with experience in the relevant field. We aim to ensure that all materials meet a high standard of quality and accuracy.
  • While we make every effort to fact-check and review content thoroughly, we do not guarantee that all resources will be completely error-free. If you encounter an issue with a purchased resource, please refer to our Refund Policy to determine whether you are eligible for a refund.
